I bought one like that one, proudly showed it to my SIL(maintenance manager for nationwide trucking Co.) and he said "digital pressure gauges are more accurate". Now I have a digital also.

Looking for a good tire pressure gauge?

Rodger Marble, who is a retired tire engineer and presents seminars on RV tires, recommended the Accutire digital gauge a couple of years ago. I now have several of them. Very inexpensive.

While not a stand alone gauge, I have been using this one for 3 years and have been very happy with it, https://www.amazon.com/Astro-3018-Di...I%7CB015NC4DXY

When you just can't live with an inacurrate tire gauge......
Longacre Pro Digital Tire Pressure Gauge 53000

The 0-125 psi gauge is guaranteed acurrate to .5 psi

I bought one of the longacre digital gauges for my motorcycle track day use and had it tested using government certified testing equipment that will increase or decrease pressure (certified) in .001 psi increments. Longacre's claim of accuracy to 1/2 of 1% was checked.....and it passed.

1/2 of 1% pressure......at 30 psi.....1% would be .3 psi. 1/2 of 1% would be .15 psi

I use this one. I have several and when checking one against the others they all agree with one another. The downside is this particular one only reads up to 99 psi

Originally - I had a gauge similar to the one the OP included in his link - along with a simple tire inflator. The gauge seemed to work just fine - however, I struggled with inflating my tires using the air from the connection to the coach's compressor system. It took f..o..r..e..v..e..r to move the gauge even a couple of pounds. I was fortunate enough to misplace my original gauge - which forced me to buy a replacement.

I went with the combination gauge and inflator found in the link below - and was happy to discover that not only did I get an easy to read digital gauge - the new inflator eliminated the problems I was having with air throughput. With the new gauge/inflator - I can "move the dial" several PSI for every minute I apply air.
