Magazines about our hobby

I was in a Barnes and Noble today and was disappointed. I have a subscription to Motorhome magazine but its just not enough reading for the month. Obviously I spend a lot of time on this site but there is something about magazines that I love. Are there other magazines dedicated to RV's? The problem I see with Motorhome magazine and Trailer Life magazine is that they are owned by Camping World. To me, its just too much of a conflict of interest. When I open up either of these magazines, its nothing more than a giant advertisement or direct mail piece for camping world. I always question their reviews and wonder if there are better products out there. All their how to or tech articles revolve around products they sell and do nothing but temp you to buy their product as you now may have an idea on how to install it. Dont get me wrong, its an ingenious move on the part of camping world but I already get barraged with their sales flyers every month. I don't want to have to pay for another one. Are there others? What do you think?

FMCA. I quit subscribing to MH Mag when I joined FMCA. The only thing I refer to from MH Mag is their dinghy guide & that I can access online.

I used to get FW's & AC's newsletters but haven't seen one for a while. Went to the site & they don't have them...maybe that got stopped when they became REV Group. I still get Newmar's newsletter.

If you join the Escapees RV Club they put out a great bi-monthly magazine with very little advertising and many articles written by RVers.

We get the FMCA, the Escapees and Motorhome magazines. Read them all cover to cover several times. The have gotten a lot thinner since some years ago though. And, as was said earlier, Motorhome magazine seems to be a big ad for CW.
