Does anyone know how to remove the magnadyne M9900CDS radio from the dash? I want to make some wiring changes and need access to the back of the radio.

Use the U shape wire clips. Push them in the front of the radio. One on each side of the radio. They release the side clamps. Push them in and pull. I found my U clips with the owners manual bag.
Same for me. Two U shaped wires about 6 inches long or so. Push them into the holes on the Right and Left of the radio. They release catches and the radio lifts right out.

I understand this is an old post but it is still relevant. Was wondering how to remove mine and looked it on IRV2. Gotta love this site! Made my removal tool out of wire coat hanger.
