Full living quarters with guest quarters......

Should change out the pin box on that 5th wheel to shorty pin box so it tows level...bed rail clearance isn't an issue

The fifth wheel hitch is a bit too far behind the axle - handling will be a bit of an issue.

I think it will be close - the fifth wheel trailer can have a pin weight about twice what a pumper pull trailer would have for tongue weight. Putting that much weight that far behind the axle is going to lift the front end significantly. The only mitigating factor would be all the weight that was removed by eliminating the entire rear body of the motorhome.
