I found I also really like having a mechanical clock when traveling. Once you cross over a time zone, you have no idea what time it is. Did your smart watch and your smart phone actually switch or not?
Yeah, I like the clock too...but...what happens between 6 and 8 o'clock?

That is none of your business

The stain wasn't dry, so the numbers didn't stick.

You know I got to thinking. If you were really good, you could put a brass piano hinge on the bottom and match it perfectly to the Gold strip. Then someone may not notice that its a door. Could make a good place to mount a safe.

This is our biggest change to the Imagine 2670 MK and it is all about safety. The Goodyear Endurance tires went on today.

2014 Storm 28MS Slide reno

The 28MS only had large dinette which wasn't real comfortable for watching TV at night. So since mainly DW and I we removed it and replaced it with the triple electric recliner we bought at Re Pro. Much nicer to set in. Only thing I need to think about is the table. We haven't decided what we ant to do. A camping trip or two will help with that.

I changed out our fold down steps for Lippert Solidstep and it does make a huge difference . I took out the old fold down steps and it left a big gap. Instead of spending money to fill in the gap with a box I made one. It came out looking good and holds more than I thought it would. I'm very happy with the results of this mod.

The table extends to seat 5 comfortably. The storage below holds the laptop bag, printer and lots more. Could also be made to hold a file drawer. When you fold the laptop up and slide it in, it still looks like a dining room table.

This looks great - I have thought that might be nice change because the original table feels a little bit cramped but if I could fold it up easily when not in use that would be great!

slideout shelves

One of my pet peeves as I look at campers is the wasted cabinet space. We have a tall base cabinet between the range and refrigerator in our Durango. Before we took it to Alaska last summer I put in a fixed shelf for canned goods, etc. But it was a pain to always get down and search for what you wanted, so with all the free time this spring I took out the shelf and put in 2 slideouts. DW (and I) like it so much better. I cut notches in the face frame for the metal runners to maximize the space.

Nice mod and one that is somewhere on my list to do some day.

Look at that drawer under the stove as well. There is about 6-8 inches of wasted space on ours there as well that a rebuid with lengthened drawer sides and bottoms would cure. You may have the range gas line in the way but that can be worked around too
