Montana Electrical Issues
My 2018 Montana 3791RD has all the LCi slide controllers flashing code 9. I installed new batteries a few weeks ago but they apparently were not being charged from shore power. I may or may not have fixed that problem. Right now, both batteries are fully charged. What caught my attention that I had a problem in the first place was that all my LCi slide controllers were flashing code 9. And, my inverter was “lights out”. Having now brought my batteries up to full power, the LCi slide controllers continue to flash code 9 but my inverter came back to life, however; it is nowflashing 12.0 / 00.0. So, I’m not sure if my batteries are now being charged from shore power … or not. That aside for the moment, my question is; how to I get rid of the persistent code 9 flashing?

Have you tried pushing the( in ) button to see if it would reset?

Thank you for your advice. “In” or “ out” held for 5 seconds cleared the code 9 flashes. It was the “held for 5 seconds” I was missing. Now, I need to figure out why my batteries are not being charged from shore power. My inverter flashes 12.3 / 00.0. (I’m using an external charger to keep the batteries up.) The trailer has what appears to be two inverters basically inline with each other. I cannot find anything that is labeled as, “converter”. The larger inverter is a “pure sine wave” and it is the one that has an on/off button and displays messages. The other is smaller and has no on/off mechanism nor does it have any form of display. (See image below).

I think that's a transfer switch.
(I should add, JIC: It takes two possible AC inputs - probably your shore line, and the inverter - and chooses between them. If your shore line is plugged in, it will default to that choice and power your interior AC system with that, (AC2) but if there is no current coming in from the shore line, it will switch over to power your AC system inside from the inverter (AC1). (I'm assuming you have no built-in generator.)
You're going to have to find your converter, and probably the relay that turns it on when on shore power. And any breakers between the converter and AC power, and between the converter and the batteries.)

Your converter/charger may be part of your fuse/breaker box.
Look for 2 30 or 40 amp fuses in the fuse panel to see if they are blown.
That sometimes happens when the batteries are charged wrong.
The box you sent a picture of is an automatic transfer switch. Its a 15 or 20 amp model and likely only for 1 circuit that runs from shore or inverter power.
If you have a 120 volt fridge, thats what its for. Could also be for TVs or other low power items.
Your inverter flashing is voltage of batteries and 120 volt watt output.
While charging, the volts should be 13 + volts. Unplugged from shore power, 12.6.
The watts will only go up if you turn on whatever the inverter is powering.
You can push the green button to switch off the inverter when in storage.
