Music Festivals
We want to camp at a music festival next summer. Our first choice in music is blues, then bluegrass. We are based in Maryland and looking for East Coast events. Any suggestions? We have a TT and will need electric at minimum. Thanks for your help.

SUMMERTOWN BLUEGRASS REUNION
This is a nice bluegrass festival. Water and electric, dump station, nice bath house. Sometime around the 3rd week in June and again the week before Labor day.

Not in summer, but best Bluegrass Festival is the Rhythm and Roots Reunion in Bristol (Tennessee or Virginia, depending on which side of State Street you're standing on) on the third weekend of September.

Chantilly Festival Farms in Floyd Virginia hosts a Bluegrass Festival every year. They have some full hookup RV sites.

We do a fair amount of festivals. Bluegrass, Folk and Jam are the predominate festival genres that accommodate RV's, Blues exclusive festivals with RV parking are a lot more rare. One festival to put on your calendar for the month of June is the Bonnaroo festival in Tennessee. Not blues exclusive but blues is always well represented and the vibe of the festival is awesome. My favorite east coast venue is Spirit of the Swanee Music Park in Live Oak Fl. As Agesilaus said in his post it is a huge venue with 100's of RV sites including many with full hook ups.( A popular place for RV rallies also) Look them up they have events year round.
