Modor

Ours started with the truck, seemed like a monster so we named it Grindel, the first monster in Beowulf. Since the truck was named then the trailer became Modor. Not the Modor from Lord of the Rings but rather the second monster in Beowulf.

We just finished our sailing days, spent almost 5 years in the eastern Caribbean on a Stevens 47...she was named Moorahme...the dinghy was Lessame. Our first motorhome was a Newmar Mountain Aire, dubbed Motorme. Our new to us bus is a Monaco Signature Series Castle IV 45...she has been dubbed Megame. Our jeep is CJtoad. All of the names, except Moorahme and Lessame came from our sailing friends.

Ours is the “Big Rolling Turd” named after the motorhome in one of our favorite movies, RV with Robin Williams.
In fact our BRT is similar in color to the motorhome in RV....

I’m trying to decide on a name for our new rig...it’s either
“Marine One” or “The Beast”

Smile My name is Marvin

Shortly after purchasing our rig I started calling it "The Big Lady" but that met some resistance from the feminine crowd. I then started calling it "The Giant Big Man" but my bride thought that was too long so she spent considerable brain power coming up with....Marvin. The Paul Harvey on the name is we own a MountainAire..MA.... and we go.. RVIN with it. So it became MARVIN.

Since we live FT in ours, I have taken to referring to it as the 'portable poorhouse'...

Well, we ended up buying a Fleetwood Discovery LXE and named it “Big D”

Never really thought about a name until a MH very similar to ours parked by us and we noticed the name on it was the same as our sailboat. We still have not thought about a name for the MH-guess I should ask the grand kids. We refer to it as the bus or sometimes as the coach in conversations.

I just never got into naming anything that didn't come when called

And some where just 'dog' , 'puppy' or 'hey cat'
But vehicles....NAH!

Growing up it was:
Git on the truck, go git the tractor, take mom's car
