I actually have two questions:
1. Were is the basement air filter location?
2. Is there a screen door latch still in production available. None on the web sites will work

The filter is "usually" under the bed. If so, it tilts up from the bottom and you can see it. In our 05 Dolphin, there is a tab the swivels to hold the filter in place / remove it.

You won't find much on your Pacifica as National closed their doors shortly after that model was introduced. Best thing to do is check the National owners section on IRV2.
