Need Advice on New GPS/Phone/Entertainment System

I've been reviewing threads about RV navigation systems and agree it really is a personal choice and that none are perfect. I've used my iPhone and iPad with Google Maps and have been routed down back country roads, only to find that the interstate was more direct and much faster.

I have an in-dash Pioneer that supports navigation, phone, side/back camera and entertainment. The problem? Small screen, too far away.

What I'm looking for is a large screen monitor, with good clarity; bluetooth capability and entertainment service, all-in-one unit, with a sunshade. I would prefer to permanently mount to the dash where I can see it well, without moving my head very far.

What recommendations do you have to replace my small screen Pioneer with a large screen GPS/Phone/Entertainment system?

Thanks for your help.

Thank you, very interesting. Is the suggestion to put a small monitor or make a mount for holding my iPad on the dash. Hook this system up, allowing me to select from phone, maps, youtube, any apps on the phone? I wonder if my wireless back-up camera will connect as well. Is that your thought?

Regards,
Lou
