Need Help with Glendale RV Wiring

Hi, my name is Rod Bosch and I live in Thubder Bay Canada. My RV is stationary at a fishing lodge some 200 km from my home, hence the problem with making repairs. I have a pretty good understanding of electrical schematics and wiring in general, having worked in the electrical utility for 30 plus years, but the wiring to my hydraulic/motor slideout fried due to a failure of the original dual polarity switch. I can’t seem to be able to locate the two wires for the motor IN and OUT and even the manufacturer, Lipoert, doesn’t seem to understand my problem. Electrically, I understand the wiring, but PHYICALLY, I can’t locate the wires. I hope your members can help. I am frustrated with my inability to figure this one out.

Welcome. You might want to look at the appropriate "owners" forum here for some answers.

Good luck

I currently own a 1998 Glendale Golden Falcon Tour Edition 5th Wheel, 29ft in length. It is in great condition, spending the vast majority of its time being stationary.

Welcome to the forum!

My WAG is that they run down the wall next to the motors, then in the floor to a control module under the floor in a storage compartment, then the main wiring will run through either the flooring or compartments to the location of the switch.
