Need help with manual awning installation.

I just purchased a new manual awning from Lippert components. (Worst buying experience and customer service I have ever experienced). It is the Solera classic awning . When it did arrive at my home , it came without installation instructions . I've searched and searched on the Internet for videos specific to this brand and how to install it , but came up empty . While I understand installing an awning is not rocket science , the instructions are necessary before I start punching holes in the wall of my new travel trailer . Has anyone had experience or have instructions on how to install this ? I'm hoping to get a hold of the company on Monday to get instructions , but I want to finish this project now as we are leaving on Monday for a camping vacation and I want the awning installed before we leave . Apparently it is the same as the power awning, less the motor. Has all of the disadvantages of the power awning and none of the advantages. I would send it back and get a real awning like a Carefree. Pioneer - Carefree of Colorado

I have a Carefree of Colorado awning and would never recommend one like I have, which isn't a problem since Carefree discontinued it fairly quickly and soon after would not support it. It's a One-Touch Awning, which now never breaks because we hardly ever use it the POS,

I thought that the instructions for the power awning might be the same and useful, but I got the following response:

I wasn't looking for opinions on manual versus power awnings , as you seem to think . I was looking for instructions on how to install manual awning . Keep your opinions to yourself unless someone requests them
