First, Jackson welcome to iRV2.com. Hope you keep coming back with stories and experiences.

Now to the question at hand. Stabilizers are just that. STABILIZERS. Unless Forrest River came out with something new.

First, level your trailer side to side using boards, leveling blocks or whatever you feel works best for you. Once level side to side, chock your tires and unhook from your TV. Then using your hitch jack level your trailer front to back. Once level, lower your stabilizers. Then you can continue with the rest of your setup.

Jackson - don't understand what you mean by electric option. Are you talking about electric stabilizers? If you are, they are an after market item that can be added. A few manufacturers offer them as an option on some of their trailers (but not too many). But even these cannot be used for leveling.

I was in Cottonwood Az. and the guy next to me used a portable electrical drill with a socket. Worked great, and his arm didn't hurt. had it done in a few minutes.
