Hi Mike,
I think you have some good suggestions already. I think providing WI-FI, direct tv is great. In addition to vending machines I would add perhaps free coffee.
BTW, we love the new shocks...thanks for talking us into them and although the new computer upgrade is not fully broken in yet we are already seeing some improvement in the gas.
I'm so glad to see everything going so well. Can't wait to see the place after you add on more service bays...We'll be waiting for the grand re-opening party!!!!

It sounds like you are on your way to a premier waiting area. How bout a nice picnic table and some chairs under a shade tree for the nice weather? Lots of RVers travel with their pets, maybe a place to water and walk the dog?

Actually there's no smoking allowed in most public places in WA although I must admit that when we were there a few weeks ago I was getting gassed out by someone smoking a cigar and the worst part is that it was our neighbor The waiting area must definately be no smoking!!!
Steve, as an owner of 3 dogs we never travel anywhere without poop bags nor do we leave the coach with dogs unless there is a bag (or 2) in hand) and sure hope that everyone else does the same!!!
Having been to Brazel's several times I can say that their RV parking area is limited now but it is comfortable and there is plenty of room to walk dogs under nice shady trees. Their accomations are certainly better than most places we have gone for service...including Camping World who doesn't have any hook ups.

You might offer shuttle service to and from "local attractions", restaurants and shopping for anyone who's going to be waiting for a long time for their service work to be completed.
