Question New Carpet

Hello Everyone! Our Georgie Boy Suite is in desperate need of new flooring and we are not able to do this as we have no expertise. WHO would I take it to to get new carpet or even tile installed? We also need a new couch but I can't for the life of me figure out how we could get the old one out and a new one in. Also, we had a roof leak (it's in the shop now for a new one) and have water stains on the walls (which are carpeted?). Any idea there? Thank you so much for any and all suggestions. Mrs Phillips

For new carpet on floors we used a carpet store. Our RV dealer arranged it and they did a great job. I would want to know their installer had experience with RVs.

we used the peel and stick squares in our T/T, very hi quality. i believe the wife picked them up at Home Depot. when down you cannot tell they are individual squares. installation was easy, pull up the old (hardest part) and fit the new squares down, not much expertise needed other than some trimming in places.
we just replaced our fold down bed/couch and installed a double recliner the old couch/bed went out the door with a little maneuvering and the recliner came with the backs off when inside simply install the backs.

There have been several threads here about flooring replacement. You might try a google search (use the box, up right corner-ish).

As with many finishes the quality of the result is directly linked to the preparation work.

What many users have found is additional damage from water or insects when they start removing the existing flooring. Project creep is a real thing...

Good luck and let us know how the project turns out!
