New home for Trolley

4 days of construction. Next up, concrete and electric. We got the dirt work done last year, 250 tons on bank run gravel, and then the construction market froze and prices went crazy. This will come in about 25% more than what we projected. We’ve waited too long to get this done in life.

26x52 with an OH door 16W x14H.

Looks great, only problem I see is you built it at the wrong address.

If you brought it in for only 25% more then you expected you did a great job.

When I was building last year, by the time I was ready to start building, lumber prices had increased by ~30% and contractors were doing cost plus contracts. Since then prices have gone up even more.
This drove me to do an all metal building with a locked in prices. It was completed late last year and since then the company rep I dealt with told me his pricing was increasing due to metal pricing.
I still want to construct an enclosed shop in my garage but lumber prices have increased another 24% just this year. So I am monitoring prices and will do the shop when prices come down. I'm in no hurry, luckily!

You will never regret putting up that building. We built our 40/60 Pole Barn over twenty years ago and it has been wonderful. I wired it for fifty amps and we can keep the unit plugged in all the time if we desire. I don't, I power it up a couple times a month to keep the batteries charged.
No sun fade.

I also store other things such as our lawn mower, tractor, snow plow, ect, and I also have room to store vehicles for friends.
