I looked all over for that price!
I sure would love that big walk-in shower!

Wow! That thing is a monster. An awful lot of weight on two axles. 13'6" height will trim lots of CG branches for the rest of us. Anyone else notice how much weight is on one side? Big fridge, stove, microwave, pantry storage, entertainment unit & air conditioning unit, all on same side. Besides poor balance & higher center of gravity I am thinking one good gust of wind on the right side & over she goes. All of that headroom & full basement could easily come back to bite you.
Ask me what I know about 5ers & blow overs. It ain't pretty.
JMO, but it might make for a great seasonal parked up somewhere, it is a beast to be using as a travelling 5er.

I saw a couple for just over $80k, also, the GVWR is 18k. The 250/2500 drivers will be all over it!

Well, I was thinking this was pretty cool and might be a game-changer.......... right up until I saw that it was built by Forrest River
Take a look at the New Horizons 5th wheel if you really want to see a "Game Changer".

Right. New Horizons is definitely a luxury manufacturer... made to order ... and pricey. They are very heavy and typically need a HDT to haul them. Quite a few full-timers have them.

The term luxury and recreational vehicle is one of the most over used and misleading statements by advertisers. Don't believe me, look at most RV brochures and you'll likely see "luxury" to describe it. Meaningless term in almost all cases.
In most cases the same Lippert frame, same Furrion appliances, same furniture, etc., etc.
Entry level luxury does that make me an entry level millionaire?

Guess it's fine once you're inside but how many and how vertical are the steps at the entrance? I'd imagine that in order to keep the stepwell small enough to get around, they'd be pretty steep with not much depth per step. Actually, looking at the floorplan image, the stepwell does indeed appear to be taking up quite a bit of living floorspace. Even looks to possibly be a hazard if someone forgot and stepped backwards or walked into in the dark.
They've thrown in some bling but, imo, there ain't much luxury going on with that rig. The outside looks dated or at least very common to what we see every day. To each his/her own but it's not anything I'd ever be interested in.

... like using the terms "resort", RV park, campground...
Many "resorts" are just a RV park or campground. An overused term that adds additional money to the nightly cost.

I don't know a lot about fifth wheels in terms of what they offer, but the first thing I noticed was no automotive paint and only double axles.
