With absolutely no options and just about everything besides tires is an option. $75,000 is about average. They can run considerably higher.

Do research beyond a quick Google search and you'll see what I mean.

That could be one way to change the quality. Pay a flat hour rate may be better, but during one tour at one manufacture they told us some of the workers come in and only work 1/2 days then go home and somebody else work the other 1/2 of the day. Generally from the same family.
Understanding the workforce available to them, I can see that happening there.

That wasn't a Google search, I can find RV Trader without Google, thank you. I'm aware options will drive up the price but the standard Elite II trailer at 55.9K is very well equipped with considerably more then tires included.

I seriously considered the Oliver several years ago, have looked at them and have some familiarity with them.

Note that a smaller version is available with a base price of 48.9K
