New water holding tank

get possession of our new Tuscany xte 36MQ 2016 model in a few weeks which was ordered in Dec. just wondering since this unit has a 22 ci residential fridge with ice maker, any one no how long to get rid of the plastic smell before we start to make ice? ,hate to take the first gulp and GAG! On ours, we dumped the first batch and everything was fine. Pretty clean components on new refers.
