Newmar factory

I got to visit the Newmar factory today and take a tour. It was pretty neat.

Hi Slime,
Welcome ti iRV2. The factory tour does provide insight into how Newmar builds there coaches. For me, I've taken the tour so many times I have been able to learn a great deal. This helps when assisting Newmar owners with their coaches.

We took the Newmar factory tour several years ago and I must say I was highly impressed with the quality of workmanship. They were at that time building to order rather than building to inventory. In this rough industry I think they are going to be a winner. We decided that our next one would be a Newmar. There is a nice Amish park very close also. See our photos at link below:

Hi Lindsay Richards,
Newmar has always built to order. They have never built for inventory.

we went there after we took the windsport plant tour. we were impressed also, as they make an excellent unit. it probably is the best built unit in the market. i would have bought a newmar if the price wasn't that much more.
