That was both entertaining and informative.

I use nitrogen in my tires, but only at the ratio of 78%.

X2 on post#5.
The 78% nitrogen blend has worked very well for me
since I bought the coach 7 years ago.

the only way you will get 100% nitrogen is by putting the tire under a vacuum and get ALL the air out which will be nearly impossible...(probably will break the seal on the rims

Yep, have always wondered how those nitrogen users succeeded in getting that bit of nasty old air out of their tires.
I do believe there could be a slight benefit to using nitrogen. But as stated in the video, it just doesn't work out in the real world. The cost for those slight benefits just cannot be justified.

Humm, that will make it lighter on a scale but it won't help getting the weight off the springs.

And where can you get it when on the road near a town of 200?

It is unfortunate that the use of N2 in tires has been over hyped beyond it's one potentially viable benefit.
If someone told you to put a cover over the outside of the tires to keep the sunlight + oxygen in the air from oxidizing / cracking / damaging the rubber of a tire, most people would understand this.
What is not as well understood by many people, is that even though it is dilute (80% N2 / 20% O2 in air), when compressed and especially when heated, the behavior can be much more active on tire rubber - on the inside.
Using scuba diving as an example, to a certain depth / pressure, you can use just plain, clean compressed air and your body will be fine for normal diving lengths of time. If you are going to be diving fairly deep or going to be under water for a long time, using normal compressed air will be very hard on your body, so the O2 content is reduced, and sometimes even the N2 is replaced with Argon or Helium.
The inside of the tires do not need to be filled with pure N2 to gain some benefit, just reducing the O2 level can in fact help, especially if your tires are routinely run under stressful conditions (hot roads, high pressure, fast rotation, high weight loading) conditions.
As far as how to purge out existing O2 in the tires, if you fill them, deflate to 10 PSI, refill, repeat 3X, it will remove a lot of the O2, sufficient for most any consumer use.
I am not promoting the use of N2 and there definitely is a lot of BS out there, but for high stress conditions usage, it is worth considering. I don't personally do this, but if I lived in AZ and had a sports car, I probably would.
