The hinge kit arrived yesterday with a left, a right and two washers and rudimentary directions. The JB Weld was set so I got the correct hinge support, verified how it was supposed to go on and tried to slip the clips, which were a lot thicker than the gap, into place. It didn't want to go, so I tried a large flat screw driver and a hammer and it still didn't want to go, but somehow it suddenly slipped into place. The support has two holes for screws, but they were included in the kit and I wasn't sure they were needed. The directions also showed putting a washer on the bottom pin, but it caused enough contact with the freezer door that I knew DW would be unhappy. I took the washer off, but the support still raise the door enough that it clicked the freezer door. Hmm! Then I took the freezer door off and used the washer on its lower pin, and put both doors on. Perfect and I don't have to worry about the JB Weld not holding.
I recommend that anyone with the 6 or 8 cubic foot Norcold install one of these kits before the lower hinge breaks. Thanks for the help, folks!

I don't like not being able to edit my posts when I see a mistake.

The support has two holes for screws, but they were NOT included in the kit and I wasn't sure they were needed.

It's designed to strengthen the joint of the hinge. I wish I'd have known about it sooner.
I've added this kit to both a N611 and a N811 Norcold door, no problems even after 600 miles on gravel roads in Canada.

Update: 250 miles of rough New England roads and JB Weld is starting to separate. I didn't use screws on the kit since it didn't come with them but are apparently needed so I need to pick some up.

Yes, the screws are needed. Surprised they were not with the kit.
