You realize side to side and front to rear for the fridge is most times NOT the same as side to side and front to rear on the RV? They are 90 degrees apart.

Gotta be standing in front of the fridge doors looking at them.

as most rv'ers have discovered, there aren't many places in an rv that will agree when trying to level. i have found on some rv's, that even the refrig and stove were mounted out of level with the cabinetry surrounding them. doors are mounted out of plumb. and even the floor is uneven. this is not one brand of rv. its many over the 30 years i ran a service dept.
if you are attempting to micro level any appliance, i use the frame. the floor of a freezer is normally connected to the front frame. the floor is plastic, which can warp. so be careful where you place the level.
the reason i say microlevel, is that there is a large tolerance in which the refer will operate.
as some have said, if you are far enough out of level for your refrig not to work correctly, its like a funhouse floor. and dont try to use three different kinds of leveling systems. you will get nowhere fast. i know from experience.
when you find the spot that agrees with what you call level, use that same place every time. thats my advise. its free, and worth every dime of what you paid for it.lol
