Not for me

Hi all --- I am giving up the RV lifestyle after 1 year. Decided it's not for me -- So I'm going to sell my 2008 Holiday Rambler Atlantis. My question is " What's it worth "? -- I don't want to give it away, but I want to price it to move. Any suggestions ?

Be sure you are sitting down when you look it up. RV prices have dropped like a rock. Good Luck

The NADA guide is a good starting point but even "low retail" is probably more than most coaches are actually selling for in this market. It might have been more accurate pre-recession. Current example, 2006 Alpine Apex shows a low retail of $178000 on NADA. It sold on ebay for $115000. Ouch!

That Atlantis is probably not going to bring more than $50-55,000, tops, even with the extended warranty.

You can advertise your rig For Sale in the iRV2 Classified Ad section - it's free.

You need to take quite a few digital photos and put them on the internet. 25 or more would be nice. There are plenty of free spots to put them.
