There is(was?) a caboose just like this in Silverplume, Co. These small caboose were used in the mountains back when.

That is really nice and unique!!! I wonder if he is ex-railroad?? I just hope
they took out the mechanism hat turned the mixer!!!!

I think the truck is an Army 6 wheel hauler of some sort. It appears to have a canvas top.
