NUTS!!!!!

Great weather here today in Washington.
Decided I may as well get the RV out of storage and go look at some leaves.
DW started packing-
NUTS----Flat tire.
Called CW Roadside Service-First call in 3 years.
Responce: Sorry but this is Sunday we can't find anyone to come help you.

OH Well.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience with CW ERS... We used to switch between them and Good Sam ERS, depending on which had the better pricing.

My GF had to use CW ERS one time, when her TT had a bad wheel bearing. It was 4pm on Independence day weekend and they sent a lowboy rollback to take the TT for repairs.

I guess it depends on what's available in the area you are in.. I know CW and GS roadside service has always come through for us..

There seems to be a trend starting here. Third disappointing CW service thread in the last two days. CW Execs? Are you listening?

Think I might have made some calls myself to tow companies, found one then called CW back with the good news.

I was also working over the Moho today. Getting ready to go out on the 8th for a week

Decided to de-winterize and sanitize the fresh system. Spent all day piddling around and finally got it done. Came home and checked the weather...next 2 nights below freezing Now what do I do? I guess I leave early and keep the heat turned up.

So, are you still thinking about trading the MH or adding a lift?

Wow, I've never had that "trouble" with Coach-Net, but then I've never called them on a Sunday.

It was a great day, but I had too much to do to get ready for Phoenix.

I scrubbed the moss off the roof and sides today, then defrosted the refer and freezer compartment as well as the U-Line ice maker

I would demand CW refund the premiums you paid since they were unable to provide the service they contracted with you to provide. At least you were at home when the flat happened.

It seems like that is typical CW service. Only use their stores as last resort, for sure will not be using CW ERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow that seems unsual to not have service available on Sunday. As mentioned you should have called around and found one then have called CW back and asked them what kind of arrangements were needed now. I would opt out and get Coach Net.

Did they even call around or did they tell you right off the bat there was no service? If they told you straight away, I'd dump 'em. Coach Net, X3. Bob
