Oasis Elite 962
Hello,
We have just bought a Coachmen Cross Country 354 MBS and are having a problem. The door awning is not getting any 12volt power which we did not figure out to this point. The other problem is that we can't move it without power. Oasis Elite 962 or 961 is the model. We don't have the wrench however I can make one. I can't find a place to insert the wrench that I don't have. Looks like it catches on a loop or ring that we can't find. It's in or in the retract position now so it's not a real problem.Thanks for any help. Tom/Karen
