57f rain , fog , visibility 500 yards. 2X average rain in June , record low average temp, already past rainfall average for July, other areas in B.C. at 3X average , every hydro dam in the province at full pool , floods, landslides ; 4 deaths so far;, and all requests to ship the storms to Ohio have been denied!

I feel your pain. In e last few weeks I've been traveling thru IA, NE, SD, WY, MT, UT, AZ, And now NV. With the exception of last night (7200 ft alltitude) I've been in 100+ degree temps everyday.

Yup. Painful.

Here on the shores of Lake Superior the average temperature is 77°F. So far we are running about 10°F higher with humidity around 60%. Looks like our natural air conditioning is broken. Plus we've gone from a 500 year flood to drought conditions. No camping until it gets cooler.

I'm beginning to miss the dry windy heat of Oklahoma. Here in Warner Robins, GA you can take a steam bath outside.

We just got back from two weeks at a local lake CG. It was in the 90s and either rained, stormed or drizzled that first week. The second week it was too hot and humid to do anything, even swim. The lake was too warm to cool off in. I think we're going to either head north or for the mountains in summer, or stop camping in the summer months. TN summers are just too darn hot and humid to enjoy camping for us older folks. We're thinking maybe the NC mountains for July and August of next year.

We are still waiting for summer. At 10PM it was 54* and raining. We can't get the hay in with this weather.
