Onan generator start relay wires

Next time I take anything apart I will take pics or draw diagrams, much better than my memory…
The start relay has 2 terminals and one spade, there are 4 wires:
Battery
Ground (?) or starter
Control Board. (Spade)
Control Board with loop for terminal
The first three can only go in one place respectively,

My question is does the loop wire go to the battery side of the relay?
