One Power Gear Jack does not extend?

I have a 2006 H.D. Admiral with vertical extend jacks by Power Gear. I had a issue with the front jacks not retracting and that sent the command center into lights flashing and buzzers sounding. So forced them up and drove it home. Then I installed new front springs, fixed that issue. Now the jacks will level the coach but Right rear only comes down half way never touching the ground. So I tried to use manual mode and the command pad will not turn on manual. So I suspect it may be the command pad? Any suggestions. Hate to pay Camping World big bucks to diagnose what may be a easy fix like the command pad. Thanks in advance.

First thing I would recommend you do is to set the "Zero Point" for level. Instructions are in your manual or you can Google them up. Once you have this set, let us know how things work.
