Open sofa area

We are looking and strongly considering the Highland Ridge Roamer RF367BHS.
This has an open sofa with a table that goes in for dining.

At first my mind was stuck on the U dinette and theater seats. But then I thought it would be nice to stretch out.

Do you have an open sofa area? Do you like it?

Never had one but many smaller RVs do. I think it's a great idea to save the separate space of a dinette area. I'd recommend that you both sit down at the table to see if you can reach it o.k. Would it be a hassle removing it after every meal or would you just leave it up? Having the sofa to lay down is a plus!

Thank you, I was thinking that the ability to have two full grown people be able to stretch out would be nice. But then I worry it won't be as comfortable as the smaller sofas with U dinette.
