The DW and I have only been at this, (Rving) for about 6 months now. What a different word the RV, Camping community is.! 99.9 percent of the people go out of their way to help and or assist a fellow rv'er. On our first trip out, our neighbor helped me to assemble my new sewer hoses. (Right out of the box, new). I didn't ask....But I sure was grateful... When we were leaving, A guy came running down the road after me. Just to let me know that my antenna was still up. All I could think was WOW... He didn't have to do that. I thanked him and went on our way. This has happen to us in one aspect or another, at every CG we've been to.! I'm looking forward to the day when I can share the knowledge that I have learn, to help someone out.
I just what to say.........Thanks
It just seem to me that Rv'ers are real people.
I hope to meet many of you on the road....Happy Trails!

Tom & Cindy, I want to say welcome to the IRV2 website if that wasn't already done.
You'll find generally RV people are more than willing to help another RV'er out, especially if tthey see that the individual or couple is new to the RV Lifestyle. Ed.S

Tom and Cindy, most of the rv people are great at helping out and will talk your leg off. There are some that like to keep to themselves but, isn't that what its all about. Each person doing what they want.

Tom & Cindy, congratulations on you new lifestyle. We too love it and have found the same, that most of us are good people. Many places I am not concerned about locking compartments. I am sure you will enjoy our website and forum.

We will have been fulltiming for one full year come January. I too would like to say that we have been nothing but impressed with 99.9% of the people we have met.
Neither of us can imagine going back into the 9 to 5 world or even in a major city after being in far off places for so long.
