We bought a weber Q1200 grill. Takes 1lb bottles or can be hooked to larger tank with adapter. They also come in several different colors. Has a Cast iron grate also you can buy griddle plate. You can do half griddle half grate. Sets on table or mounts on optional cart. Also you can get an led light that comes on when you open the lid.

Great! You've got the grill solved. Many folks have a Coleman stove and use a dishpan. It's more flexible and more easily stored instead of one bigger piece of equipment.
