Outer skin turning green

Full timer 24/7 365 5er never moves, been on same spot in so Tx for 7 yr. 2004 Triumph by Fleetwood, washed once a yr. This yr for the first time, north side turning green. What recommendations can you suggest for best product to remove this problem ?

You could spend a lot or get a gallon of distilled vinegar and mix 50/50 with water and wash that green away. Will not hurt the finish and keeps working

or spray a mixture of bleach and water. Let it set for a while then wash.

Either of the solutions above will work.
Be careful on the bleach splash back if you spray.

When we lived in Fl. everyone went to the pool places and bought pool chlorine by the gal for exterior home, patio and driveway cleaning.

I went aound our stucco home and sprayed it on with a garden sprayer filled with the chlorine and the hosed it off, before I bought a pressure washer. It worked great. Now I can't find it here in locally in Ga. because of local laws. It was sold everywhere in Fl., even drugstores.

A pressure washer will do it and you will not need anything else.

Turn it 180 degrees so the old north side gets some sun. Or just clean it as suggested.

Yes it will. However, it will not kill the mold spores that remain.
