Parking at a Wal-Mart for 3 Months

At a Wal-Mart Super Center in Houston, a man has been living in his RV in the parking lot for at least three months and maybe up to three years.

Actually, we've got some old parking lot hoppers down in Salem that have been doing it for more than 3 years. They rotate parking lots randomly each night and don't show up till after dark and when most folks are home for the night.

According to the report, this guy is a criminal and he's at risk of giving RV'rs a bad image. Hopefully intelligent members of the public will view his actions for what they are.

I'm also astonished someone such as Wal-Mart's security personnel, management team, our neighboring businesses didn't report him and/or take appropriate action before the media did their expose'.

AAAAHHHHHH-To be working again!!!!! My Lt. would have invoked the O C L policy in this case. Over the County Line & don't look back. Happened more than once.

If the man is a known criminal then why have not the local police knocked upon his door or watched for him and invited him to spend a few nights in one of the local Hotels.. The "Don't Drop In" if you know which one I'm speaking of

Then his RV could be impounded pursuant to arrest and he'd be outta there

Man I love that policy! Still working and still use it from time to time.

Like the saying "Everything is bigger in Texas", this guy is taking it to the limit.
I guess the local cops figured he worked in the store.
Where did the gray and black water go?
For the Salem parking lot hoppers do they have a place for water and dumping?

I'd be afraid to ask. Hope he didn't do what I'm thinking.

Don't jump to conclusions to quick on where they dump. I saw some that stayed in Walmarts in Florida and they went to a nearby campground to empty their tanks.
