For some reason that does not seem to surprise me very much.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the company was owned by someone who actually liked the business of camping and family??????????? This man's greed and ego is a big part of what is wrong with our nation today.

He's so popular, maybe he should run for a really high office! He'd fit right in, at least in popularity!

Ya, its to bad. While that smug face is out there collecting Dealerships because it make him feel good, we are losing legitimate manufacturer authorized dealerships to the likes of a $12/hr tech that historically installs awnings.
We bought ours from CW - a terrible experience. They had a Grand Tour and a Cornerstone on the lot, both of which I drool over, and I asked my wife if she could really turn the keys over for one of those to a guy in a Camping World shirt to get warranty work done.
Now lets add to that - Marcus hates them anyway!

I guess I don't see what difference it makes what the CEO likes or dislikes. Warren Buffet owns Forest River and he isn't an RVer either. People generally own businesses to make money, not to promote a lifestyle or enjoy a product.
Lemonis merely says that motorhomes aren't as profitable as other products CW sells. Low volume and low profit margin are not an attractive product attributes for a retail business.

So why doesn't he just stick to his Good Sam products that are so profitable for him, and leave the small business that actually have a passion for MHs alone? He is just a conqueror for profit, with no regard for the outcome. They are a dime a dozen in this country anymore.
