Passive/solar storage ventilation?

I used to have a boat and had some passive ventilation port. I know they also make solar powered ones. Will this sort of thing work to keep an RV aired out when stored for a few months?

I thought about that myself, they do have solar powered vent fans for boats. You'd have to cut a big hole in the roof to install one and I doubt one would be enough except on the smallest RVs. The fan itself would have to be built to take going down the highway at 65 mph in a downpour too.

I use 3 Driz Air containers to keep moisture down. Lasts pretty long in Jersey in the summer/winter if not in and out every day. I empty about a month to two months depending on season or how much it rains.

It would work, but with the relatively low cost of solar panels these days, it is probably cheaper to put 100 to 200 watts worth of solar panels on the roof and leave your existing fan running on low. Perhaps a kit like this https://smile.amazon.com/HQST-Monocr.../dp/B01CAXVQPM

I have 305 of solar on the roof and I would not have a fan running all the time. Even with 2 batterys. I you run a fan then you are pulling in humid air from outside.
