Good idea but your credit would have to be good enough to pay for both if it's not rented. And to get $1500 a month it would have to be a heck of a house remember houses are worth about 50% of what they were.

You couldn't prove that by my "County Real Estate Tax Bill." I called last year and complained, so they told me they would take another look at it... They looked...and then they sent me a new bill for even more money... I think this year I'm going to keep my mouth shut.
