Ok,, guess I'm in the 1%,, or less,,, how about a power upgrade for a 95 350 Chevy??? Believe it or not, we have a class A 27' on a P30 Chasis,,, and being an old hotrodder,, I was supprised how well it did on our first trip,,, 2400 miles. It got 13.39 mpg, running 65mph most of the time. Sure it won't go up hill like a big diesel pusher, but we can't afford that right now. It did just fine up through Flagstaff and such. Anyway, anybody know of a simple computer upgrade to get just a little more torque out of it ? I don't want to hurt anything, just figure with the long history of this engine, there's alot to be gained, without going internal... Thanks, Darel

There is a far stronger aftermarket for the small block. Just remember your looking for torque, not HP.

In both cases the Banks SYSTEM has been well worth the money. It's all there in a dyno tested package with nothing to add or change afterward. No trouble with the 460, on the Cummins I did have a bad wiring loom and Banks sent another one. Working fine since then and the HP/torque increase is substantial. It's more than just the raw figures show. I can't say I've noticed a fuel mileage increase. But I didn't buy it with that in mind.
We have a Banks system in our 96 Damon 460. We show an increase in power but no increase in gas mileage. If you want the Banks for better gas mileage forget it, for that it would be a waste of money. An increase in power yes. Havent figured out if its worth the high price though $2500-$3000.00 installed. Oh another thing unless you are a "wrench" forget about doing the install yourself...
