Hi,
Two comments; The transition at the forward part needs to be smoother (too abrupt at the end on the top of the stripe), you might consider reversing the colors with a lighter blue.
Ernie
I expect the best approach is to strip to fibreglass and paint white; then add decals as noted above.

Is there any other color than white?

If it were me and I was doing my own painting I'd paint all the colors no decals. You have a minimal amount of color changes and while masking around all the edges like the tool box doors would be a pain it would be a lot easier than trying to install all the different decals that would be required.

If you paint it all one base color you'll still have to mask the compartments etc. as well as have basically the same expense for paint then the additional cost of the decals.

Thanks again to ALL who took the time to leave some comments. Both positive and negative ones!

Bottom line - I agree the proposed paint scheme wasn't ready for prime time and needed help.

I've started over 'clean-slate' and now have a Version 2 paint scheme so I went ahead and started a new thread. If you haven't seen it yet you can link to it HERE.
