Playin' with some colors - Version2
Rather than continue this in the old thread ( LINK HERE) I'll start this new thread with my 'Version 2' computerized paint job for my old Santara.
I know many who commented on the original paint scheme felt it was too blue and too dark and too harsh of contrast. I agree totally, but it was a first draft and was fun to play with.
Just a few days ago, a new member posted pics of a late model Bounder they just aquired and I liked the colors and simplicity of graphics. That prompted me to boot up the Paint.NET program and do something similar to my coach.
Here it is. Let the honest comments and suggestions begin!

I like this much better than the previous colors you posted. No sure about the blue on this one as it looks aqua. Try some different colors with the same design as this one. I'm sure whatever colors you decide on will look fantastic.

Alex

I like your color scheme and layout for same. The light beige on the bottom will also make road dirt less visible.

Much better!
How does it look with a darker blue similar to option 1?

Nice scheme but I'm still not sold on the blue color.

The straight line of the lower color makes it look 'old' None of the newer M/H's look that way. As I said before ...go see some on the sales lot. The newer the better. You seem to only want to make it about 5 or 6 years newer looking than it is.

Now you're getting somewhere. It could be my monitor too, but that blue does look more aqua, almost robin's egg blue. If you're wanting to stick with the blue, try grey-ing it down a bit since I see you have a grey stripe. Since the taupe also has a grey-tone to it, muting that blue will help it coordinate better.
Another color that goes really well with taupe & grey is maroon or burgundy. Especially if you take the bright white base down to an eggshell color.
Keep the taupe on the bottom. We had a 5-r with taupe on the lower 1/4 &, like Ray stated, it will really help hide the dirt/road grime.
Another suggestion would be to lose the top color altogether. Take a cue from the colors on this 2011 Storm:

This is a really good step forward. Consider modernizing the graphics and deepen the color choices.

I like it. The blue (in my opinion) is nice, but might just need a slight tweak...maybe more light blue and slightly less aqua so you get that classic old car color (see if you can lookup the exact color of those old chevys)? And I say keep the simplicity. All the new MHs look so much alike with all their swirls...you just can't tell one from the other. Don't get talked into doing that. Keep it simple and unique and everyone will envy you...at least I know I will! Nina

Your getting closer. Some of the above suggestions are good.

My vote this time is for a darker blue; otherwise, this is a definite step up.

Love this design much better I agree though, I don't care for the aqua, but it's your rig not mine. But you have nailed a great design

Lose the top color, looks like an amtrak train engine. extend some graphics on around on the front cap. Your three tone paint scheme colors don't work together. My thoughts only, it is your coach to do as you please.

Great Comments All! Keep em' coming.
I address a few of the comments here without adding a Quote.
Colors: I was leaning towards the aqua/teal up top since the interior uphostery is teal (hey, its a 1995!) BUT the inside and outside don't need to match as long as they don't clash too much and the teal interior may change in the future anyway. Point taken. I'll play with top color some more and even try without it.
I definitely need to work on complementary colors as well. You'll excuse me as I am partially color blind and when you get into these mushy gray/beige combos I have a hard time knowing what I'm really seeing. I'll have my wife double check me closer.
Scheme is dated: Yes - agreed, but I'm not real fond of the current style of apparently random curves, swooshes, blobs and splashes. Just too discombobulated for me. I understand it helps hide the long boxy features of the average coach but just not my bag. Also, as I stated, I plan to paint it myself, all that masking would drive my bonkers.
Amtrak Train - egads! I knew I'd seen that design before.
