Update and more questions because of it.
OK after a full week of good warm weather the power problem I had has restored it self, so it must have been weather related after all, can anyone please explain what I need to do to insure it doesn't occur again?
The short I had with the single black wire is still shorting out but I have not been able to locate what it power so I will not worry about it until I discover a problem at least for now.
My wiper works again but only on the driver's side and the motor on the other wiper seem to be overheating and warm to the touch whereas the working one is not, so I pulled the fuse to make sure it doesn't catch fire, how much of a problem is it replacing that motor? I have assume that if it is overheating and dong nothing more it is jammed or frozen is that correct?
