I am considering a purchase from PPL Motorhomes for some parts, have any of you done businesses with them and how did they perform.

Over the years I have bought several things from them. They have been courteous on the phone, they've had good prices and the things ordered came very quickly. They're a good place for parts.

Nick-

I purchased a Splendide washer/dryer combo from them last year. The first one they sent was the incorrect model. They were quick to correct the error and ship out a new one. Also, they did what I asked for both shipments: Strapped the unit to a wooden pallet, the better to survive the trucking companies. The customer service folks were pleasant each time I spoke with them. I'd grade them a B-plus or A-minus.

I almost bought a new Norcold from PPL this Spring (ended up not buying one at all). Large appliance availability has been tough since early 2020. It seems as if Camping World and PPL have more units in stock, at lower prices, than their competition.

I ordered a new A/C unit from them two months ago in their online store on Sunday. The unit was delivered by truck on Thursday. I could not be happier with their service.

They have always been straight forward, ship on time and honest with any problems.

I purchased an air conditioner from them a couple of years ago.
Had it shipped from Houston to Baton Rouge and was still over $100 cheaper than everyone else.

I bought my motorhome from/through them (consignment) 6 or 7 years ago. I'd shop them again if I was interested.

We sold our motorhome within a month at PPL. Good experience! PPL is a good, honest business.
