Pplmotorhomes.com is great!!!

I just wanted to share a good experience with everyone here...

Last week 3 days after starting to fulltime, I was cleaning around toilet. We had been noticing an increasing urine smell, and I discovered the carpet was wet. It was not a good wet. Long story short, I decided to replace the 13 year old toilet with a new one and rebuild the flooring around the toilet. I went online to order a new toilet, and found that PPLMOTORHOMES.COM had one to replace ours, (Sealand Traveller) and it was only $259. I ordered it Wednesday afternoon, and it arrived at the campground Friday afternoon. We were out till late that night, and Saturday I worked on the inside of the toilet room all day. Sunday I was ready to install, opened up the box, and it was shattered into many pieces. I called first thing Monday morning, and left a message for Customer service. I will admit I was a little skeptical, because customer service was answered with a voicemail.

They called me back in 30 minutes, I had left the message about the problem, and he told me he would call Sealand and have another one sent out. He said we could keep the other one and do a filed scrap, just take out the parts we wanted and throw the rest away.

Today is Wednedsday, and at 3:15pm my toilet was installed and working great. Yes it's too bad we got a busted toilet, but the PPL folks handled the problem with great customer service. I will always recommend them to anyone who listens, and try to buy everything I need from them.

I've dealt with them in the past and they have ALWAYS been on the up and up. Anything I have ever bought from them was sent in a timely matter and arrived before I ever expected to see the item. I once had a problem with a base plate that I ordered. NO problem, we'll get a new one out and I mean it was out. They are a great place to deal with. Glad you had the same experience.

That's good to hear. I have ordered several things from them and never been disappointed. It is good to know that they will make things right when things go bad.

PPL rocks

Same deal here got a new inverter for a great price turned out defective after 3 weeks. They sent me a new one no questions asked and paid all freights and everything. Hard to believe in this day and time.

I have used them a couple times. Last year for a toilet, had in 3 days, installed and still
works great. They seem to be real good folks, and they are quite competitive with
all there pricing.

I have been very happy with them, as well as RV Upgrades. Nice to have great companies or order from.

I am 61 an NOT one to order on line. I like to see and touch my purchases.

That said, I have ordered from PPL twice and both times the service was excellent!

When the time comes, I guess I will be going to Texas to buy my next rig!

Valuable Information

It is not often that you hear about good service these days. Seems like all we ever hear is bad news. Thanks for the honest opinions about PPL, it will weigh a lot when it comes time to select a business to deal with!
This forum rocks!!!

I've ordered a lot of 'stuff' over a lot of years from PPL and never had a problem. If it's something I need desperately I will at least check their price and decide if I want to purchase locally or can wait.
