I am now within a 60 day window of when I will take possession of my new motorhome. Will it make any difference if I apply online or by phone with Essex Credit? Essex Credit has told me before that their rate quote was good for 60 days.

If I had a credit score that high and my bank tried to charge me 11+% on anything I would be finding another bank.
I have seen lenders with high rates for RV loans. It means they have made a business decision that don't want that type of business.

We were pre-approved and the dealer beat our rate through US Bank. We actually got a better rate with my wife's name first. Her credit score was 3 points higher than mine. LOL So be sure they check it both ways.

They will. When we bought our Tiffin four years ago we had identical credit scores.

Like Cranemec said, at the time we bought ours, my score was 3 points higher so the coach is in my name first.
That was just this past September. Here we are 7 months later and his is a little higher than mine. Credit Scores change with the least little thing.
