I have enjoyed having a TSD card since the early days. The folks there have always been friendly and eager to help. They have overcome problems and continued to enlist new places to add to the list. The app is, for me, half of the benefit. Anywhere in the country we can find out where to get Truckstop benefits and a decent discount. We are 34 feet and have a toad so pull through pumps, long handle windshield cleaners, high pressure air and a water hose are great. Once I got the phone number for fuel help they reset my password over the phone and got me straightened things out fast. I also got three emails from different parts of the company late in the day checking in with me.
I suspect that my difficulty was due to eager tech folks that look at ways to increase security without the faintest concept of there being a human with a bad signal that has to find fuel in the boonies and suddenly has lost the app and the password has been voided for not having 12 characters. If anything this is a problem of communication.
