My husband and I just purchased a Wildcat made by Forest River. We are having problems with the Concertone radio/tv/dvd player. We can't get the dvd player to work. It worked one time, and hasn't worked since then. Anyone that has this system, can you please help us? We have looked in the owners manual for the concertone. But it doesn't have any solutions for our problems, and concertone doesn't have a website.
We are so frustrated.
We load the dvd in the player, it says loading disc. It takes a moment, then says "No Disc"
Any suggestions???
Thanks for any help

I can think of a few things, I don't have that type, but if the lazer on the DVD got dirty it will say the same thing. Get a cleaning disc and try that. The only other thing is if its still new take it back to the dealer and have them fix it or replace it, most likely replace it.

Thanks Kablewizard. We took your suggestion. It didn't work. We have called the dealer, he told us to bring the camper to him. So he can look at it. Thanks for all your help. It's just frustrating.
Thanks RV Wizard for the welcome. We are hoping to take many trips this year. We really enjoy camping.
