ProGuard Rubber Roof coating
Hello all,
I have been mulling over how to best protect the lap sealant on the roof of my TT so I wouldn't have to inspect it every year and do possible repairs due to my inability to climb onto the roof. After deciding that the RV-Roof lifetime roofs were financially not doable I narrowed it down to Eternabond or the ProGuard roof coatings. My final decision was to go with the ProGuard SuperCoat for TPO roof coating as it was recommended to me. I called ProGuard today and they have pulled the SuperCoat product for RV applications due to problems. They said that their RubberRoof coating would work as long as I used the primer first. Their website says the RubberRoof product has "not yet been approved for TPO roofs." Has anyone used the RubberRoof product on a TPO roof? Please chime in with opinions even if you haven't used it on a TPO roof.
Thanks,
Dale
