Having a really hard time finding a spot in Lake Tahoe. We want to be on the Lake (who wouldn't) and are not planning on taking our toad so need to be in a convenient area. My problem is the only place I can find (on lake & across the road from pier where lake cruises sail) is Zephyr Cove and they only have availability for a 35'. We have a 37' Mountainaire. Can we make it? If we don't have a toad and just back in, surely I can hand signal DH all the way to the back and squuueeeze in... right? Any advice or has anyone squeezed into smaller spaces?

If there's no obstruction or if not encroaching, maybe the back of the rig behind the wheels could hang over the end of the site? Good luck and have a great time.

Sometimes 35' means 35' to a tree or some other obstruction, in which case you can't squeeze in.

Sometimes 35' means a 35' paved or gravel parking pad, in which case squeezing may work.

I would suggest calling the campground and discussing the 35' limit. You may fit.
