There usually is at least one if not several.

Pricing? Maybe yes and maybe no.

There should be a "difference" in pricing and it's normally higher. "Show pricing" is just hype and "Q" has a 10% sales tax!
Golf? Doubt you'll be happy in "Q" as there is none and RV parks with pools may be hard to find at this late date.
99% of the estimated 20-25,000 rigs boondock in the desert.

I got in at Quail Run end of last week for Jan-Mar. They wanted pics which I sent and they took me. (MH is 33 years old.) No pool though, You can always run up too Lake Havasu. Never been but have seen it on Tv looks wonderful.

Do your homework before you go to Quartzite. There will be some deals to be had but the hype of the show combined with the 10% sales tax makes it difficult to save much. I enjoy the show, this will be our 5th year in a row, as it is a great place to see (hands on), a lot of products that you can usually buy cheaper on the internet when you return home.

I would do online research and buy online and forget about any deals in Quartzite. What you can learn online will be much more valuable than taking one sales persons advise out there where they are there for one reason only and that is to sell their merchandise. As for the golf and a nice pool around there, good luck at that time.

I dont believe there are many solar reps at The Tent. There are a couple of solar dealers in town, Solar Bill, and Discount Solar. I have heard nothing good about Solar Bill. I have heard that Discount Solar does a pretty good job on installation, but are not all that cheap. I have purchased some items from Discount Solar and they are nice people.

I agree with others who say you can find a lot better deals on solar stuff online.

My thoughts on Quartzsite: You can can almost anything you want there, except a bargain.

Read and read some more about the solar. "Q" like above usually does not have the better deals. Amazon or Ebay almost complete kits(you seem to need something extra)and find alocal installer or if able do it yourself. We spend a week in "Q" then over the hill to the Indio area where there is no shortage of golf or pools. Or just a little south to Yuma for the same. Or about any correction away from "Q" in Az will get you the pool and golf.

Solar Bill is, for sure, not the cheapest for solar. If you are going to do self install, do a lot of research before buying. If you are going to have it installed, A&M Solar just outside of Eugene,OR has a good reputation.
